• Enrolment fees and Property visit fees shall be adjusted when transaction gets completed.

• Enrolment fees and fees for Brochures, Professional Photos & Digital Ad. media of property, made by PN Realtors shall also be adjusted when transaction gets completed.

• Property visit fees shall be paid at the time of visit appointments made.

• Brokerage for property taken on rent is 1 month’s rent from tenant’s side and 1 month’s rent from owner’s side.

• Brokerage for Purchasing/Selling any property will be 2% from each party individually.

• Half brokerage must be paid at the time of banakhat (Agreement for Sale) and remaining brokerage must be paid at the time of dastaveg (Sale Deed).

• If deal gets cancelled or banakhat (Agreement for Sale) gets forfeited between buyer and seller due to any reasons, both buyer and seller are liable to pay 1% brokerage individually. (In case of property taken/given on rent, both the parties, tenant and owner are liable to pay 1 month’s brokerage individually). Brokerage paid is nonrefunded in any case.

• Any property related transactions must be processed only after all the legal checks and verifications by your lawyer and deal must be processed under all the legal formalities.

 

In case of breach of any of the above rules by agent or any of the parties gets proven, you can contact Ahmedabad Estate Brokers Association (AEBA) office in order to get appropriate justice.
